The rock stun deck Billy made is very staple, almost too staple. I feel the version didn’t have enough control over the format. So just adding the macro changed the deck. What I mean by that is the deck played a lot better against chaos dragons, Hero’s, and also wind ups. Macro shuts down those decks and even up and coming decks like Mermails. When playing the macros, I had to take out 2 call of haunted, 1 monster reborn, 2 maxx c, 2 card trooper, 3 block golem. Most of the cards I cut are power cards, but I would put most of them in the side board. The first thing I had to take out was the maxx C’s I felt the cards are good, but effect Valier is 10x better in almost every match up. Next was block golem, with this card coming out everyone was talking about rock stun. If I was playing this I would put it in the side for sure. I found the card troopers not effective after I put in the macros, because you control the game right as macro will flip. Also by adding 2 snow man, 2 tragoedia , 2 Thunder king, 2 card car ds to the monster line up it adds more control. The 2 Snowman Eaters will give you more control against dragon, heroes, and agents. They are also easy side outs. Tragoedia is a game changer, not as good without maxx c but it can still get there with the card car ds. Its is not as good as gorz but u still have control. Also playing it in rock stun you will always have cards in hand since you have to reveal a rock monster . The card car ds are there for hand advantage, it will get you there faster, or give you the back rows you need to win the game. Now for the last monster, Thunder king. I feel if its not the best card of the format, its close. It can either be used as a control and or agro card. Don’t get me wrong Billy is a great deck builder, but I feel the macro version is also good. I I had the cards I would play them myself. The extra deck is also well put together even know you won’t use it a lot unless it’s for XYZ'ing. I feel this deck will have a big impact at some point in the future. So far I feel that the best deck hasn’t been claimed in this format. Wind ups are a top deck, but with everyone siding for them it makes game 2 and 3 a lot harder for the player. It’s a fact that you play more games with your side deck then without. If you think about it, game one it’s the main board. Then after game 1, during game 2 or 3 if you’re playing a competitive deck you are most likely to always to side. That’s why I just want to test with the side, but now it’s just time to wait and see what happens with the rest of the format.

I am a huge fan of deck idea its just too bad it’s not my style of play. I must have 10 decks on dueling network with the destiny hero engine. While looking over this deck I feel the main deck is fine. You could maybe throw some trap stuns (trap stuns over decree because you play gorz and its chain able) in but from my point of view it looks great but then when I scrolled down. I saw the extra deck it was pretty confusing, Playing 3 Miracle Fusion with no elemental hero’s in the extra deck. I shake my head to that. So I would take out 1 Big Eye, 1 Blade Armor Ninja, 1 Grenosaurus for 2 Elemental Hero ab zero and 1 Elemental Hero Escuridao. hen I also sat and tested the deck dueling network and it played smooth again, not my style of play. It was a fun deck for me to play. One thing I would like to test is up to birdmen in it. I could maybe see some funny plays in the long run or even more likely hood of OTKing, which I have done with this deck and it was really funny. The speed of this deck is insane, at first I thought it was going to be inconsistent with 3 destiny draw, 3 trade in and 3 miracle fusion, but this deck filters so fast I was afraid I was going to deck myself out at times. When I got my graveyard full and played all my combos my opponent would just quit. I plan on making this deck and a side deck for it in my free time, which will could require a lot of time.

Hi my names Hunter DeGraw Collins and I have been playing Yugioh for about 6 years now. The reason I play this game is the urge to win and keep on winning “play hard or go home.” I live in Sioux Falls SD, and I travel to as many events as I can which included the 2012 Nationals. I played Elemental hero’s with 3 Jurrca guiba and 3 forbidden lance. I love jurcca guiba its probably one of my favorite cards. What I feel I have the most potential is in side deck building. At times I can sit down for a good hour just thinking of cards that would be a good tech for this format. By getting this job I believe I can get my word out there to share my deck lists and techs for the side board. I hope everyone had a great time reading this article, and don’t forget to check out my Youtube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/xX69hunt3r69Xx
