Deck Doctor

I have been playing for a little while in the game and after studying both Billy Brakes and Joe Giorlando's Decks I think I see where they could change some cards up to fix their decks.

For Billy Brake's deck I have come to the conclusion that most of his cards are meant to stop people from using Xyz/synchro monsters, but in turn, it stops him as well. He's also putting cards in the extra deck that he can't even use without his opponent playing tuners. Yes, I understand that veiler is a tuner, but what earth tuner is he going to get other than kagemusha if he's even plays against six sams.

Here is my suggestions to fix his deck up that will allow for him to still stun his opponent while being able to still use all of his effects.

1 Neo-Spacian Grandmole (take out and replace with shiba warrior taro) This way he has an earth monster that can't be destroyed by battle and an earth tuner in his deck to go into his cards such as beast or barkion. This will also cause the opponent to have to waste resources such as dark hole or torrential tribute to get rid of it.

1 Seal of Orichalcos: I say to find a way to add a second one of these, because if he tries to activate it, and the opponent MST's this card he can still play another since it didn't "resolve" properly meaning it didn't "activate."

1 Heavy storm (I think since he does have a lot of spell/trap negation, he should have a card that can wipe his opponent's field if necessary. This way if he's going against a deck that runs a lot of back row he won't have to blind MST.)

2 Torrential Tribute: I suggest replacing these with skill drain. The reason being is because he plays cards that the cost is to tribute to negate. Well since the cost causes it to be removed from the field, skill drains do not affect his deck at all other than the shiba warrior taro and the fossil dyna. Also skill drain hurts a LOT of decks in the meta: Wind-ups, Agents, geargia, six sams, chaos dragons, some forms of dark world decks (if they use trance, raven, and TGU).

I think the extra deck looks fine other than the gachi gachi, zenmaines, and stardust dragon. I understand stardust is in there for the starlight road, but if he gets uses it too early, he won't be able to use block golem. The zenmaines is going to be in the same reason, yes it destroys cards if it gets destroyed and the opponent must waste resources, but it's not an "earth" monster which hurts block golem as well.

How the heck are you going to summon gachi gachi? Summon "maxx "c"" and overlay? not likely with the way this deck is "suppose" to run. Sure you could monster reborn your opponent's card to summon it, but with skill drain in the deck, it stops a lot of what your opponent can do already so no reason to summon a gachi gachi.

Now for Joe's Deck

His really intrigued me, I never thought of a gishki absolute zero deck. and then when I looked at it. I was astounded he didn't put some obvious cards into the extra deck (knowing this is a deck doctor contest I let it slide). If you really wanted to test people on how to fix this deck he should of put those in there and not the x3 D hero Plasma (which would of made people think harder).

Since the deck is based around D heros and water monsters as well as insane draw power/search I decided to look for cards that would help. The main deck of monsters was fine since most of his spells already help him take control of the game. I think he could actually play 2 royal decree and still be fine with the deck. that way he doesn't have to deal with any traps and only deal with spells.

Since it's a 40 card deck with huge amounts of draw power, I think adding in x2 royal decree would allow you to benefit greatly. that way you're opponent cannot activate anything that will cause you harm in any way (trap wise).

1 Grenosaurus Take this out, there really is no reason for this card to be in there other than for a 2k monster that can deal an extra 1k damage... take out for 1 E hero Absolute 0

1 Melomelody the Brass Djinn I would take this out, it doesn't have any synergy with the deck, other than the x2 hit, it isn't really necessary, and it's a card that easily loses to a lot of cards. Take out for absolute zero.

1 Blade Armor Ninja Why? it doesn't really have any synergy with the deck, and the cards that you could use to summon it are low (5 that can be used outta the deck) so I would take this out for a hero fusion to use with miracle.

1 Heroic Champion Excalibur (Same as blade armor ninja.)\

1 Black Rose Dragon (where's the tuner?) Take this out, you don't have any tuner for the deck to actually use this card effectively. and if you are going to use monster reborn to take theirs... you're asking to be torrential tributed.

All in all, I really enjoyed looking at these too decks and really thinking about them. The extra decks are definitely open to interpretation, but based on what I thought of how both the decks run, and what they are suppose to do. I thought that these changes would make the deck really useful.
