Deck you’re playing today: Standard Dragon Rulers (Mix of American/Jerry Williams, European/Michel Gruner and myself.)
What made you decide to play this deck? If you’re a skilled player then you have to play dragon rulers. You can play anything else but you’re putting yourself at a disadvantage.
What deck are you most prepared for? Evilswarms because Ophion.dek is scary. The mirror match because it’s so prevalent.
What deck are you least prepared for? Any decks that play themselves i.e. Final Countdown, Chain Burn, and Exodia
Who are you not prepared for? Paul Cooper because he’s playing Dragon Rulers and I’m 0-2 against him.
What are your best and worst match ups? Geargia and decks that play heavy trap line-ups. Bad matchup is Ophion.dek or any deck that can summon Crimson Blader.
What are your opinions of the new Banlist that is starting in January? I think it’s done right but they left things out. They got rid of the problems but a couple things are missing.
What do you like about it? Dragon Rulers are still the best deck. Even if people are saying that zombies are the best deck, I don’t believe that.
What do you dislike about it? There should have been done more to create a new format.
Do you think that anything was missed? Blaster should have been banned. Things from the water deck such as abyss-sphere to 1 and limits otks.
What would you do with the prize money if you won? Use it to travel to more ARG events and use it to promote that the prizes are awesome.

What made you decide to play this deck? I believe that it has a good Dragon Ruler match up.
What deck are you most prepared for? Dragons because I’m maining Imperial Iron Wall and a main decked Lava Golem.
What deck are you least prepared for? Prophecy because I have not tested against it.
What are your best and worst match ups? Dragon Ruler and rogue decks are my best. Prophecy because of the Card Advantage that it generates.
What are your opinions of the new Banlist that is starting in January? I really like it because I don’t believe Dragons should be a deck and also the fact that Plants & Bujins are going to be good.
What do you like about it? Tour Guide becoming unlimited again. Seven Star Sword being hit down to 1.
What do you dislike about it? Magician of Faith back to 1. I think that the card advantage it generates is not fair.
Do you think that anything was missed? Super rejuvenation should have been brought back to 1.
What would you do with the prize money if you won? Use it on flights to more ARG events.

What deck are you most prepared for? Gravekeepers because I’m siding Malevolent Catastrophe and 3 Mystical Space Typhoons
What deck are you least prepared for? Hieratics because I’m not siding Light-Imprisioning Mirror
What are your best and worst match ups? Best match up is Chain Burn and my worst match up is Crystal Beast because I’m not maining Mystical Space Typhoon.
What are your opinions of the new Banlist that is starting in January? Nothing cause I’m on it...
Will you go back to Swaggatics? Yes I will after the new list goes into effect because it will win a major tournament “someday” *looking off into the sunset.*
What would you do with the prize money if you won? I would buy a bunch of #FreeCooper shirts and pass them out.

What made you decide to play this deck? It’s the best deck.
What deck are you most prepared for? Mirror Match
What deck are you least prepared for? Infernities
What are your best and worst match ups? Best matchup is mirror match. Too many aren’t that great of decks.
What are your opinions of the new Banlist that is starting in January? Good to see banned cards that aren’t too op come back.
What do you like about it? Magician of Faith coming back and a change of the format as a whole.
What do you dislike about it? I don’t like that they didn’t hit Limiter Removal, Rekindling, or huge cards that are free.
Do you think that anything was missed? Limiter Removal, Rekindling, Sacred Sword of the Seven Star being hit to 1 instead of 2, and Atlantean Dragoons back to 2.
What would you do with the prize money if you won? I’d go to more major events like Australia.

What made you decide to play this deck? The most consistent because it draws the most. It has the most options and consistency but can otk whenever it wants to.
What deck are you most prepared for? Evilswarms because I have 2 mained good ones.
What deck are you least prepared for? Spellbooks and they might just get me.
What are your best and worst match ups? Best matchup is Standard Dragons and worst would be Constellars because I don’t have the cards against them.
What are your opinions of the new Banlist that is starting in January? The new ban list didn’t need to do what it did. Ravine was huge and killed Dragunities. It killed the deck completely. There’s a lot of hype on Mermails, Geargia/Karakuri, Fire Fist, Bujin, and Evilswarm are the top 5 decks. Everyone is sleeping on Karakuri and I hope that everyone stops playing maxx “C” because of it.
What do you like about it? Spellbooks got hit hard because Fate is at 1.
What do you dislike about it? Ravine being banned and Heavy Storm not coming back. I don’t like that it could be a set 5 pass and I win.
Do you think that anything was missed? Royal Tribute should have gotten banned. Heavy Storm not coming back. Ophion should have gotten hit as well because I don’t want them to have 3 still.
What would you do with the prize money if you won? I would buy a whole bunch of Pokemon stuff. I’m in college and a Pokemon Connesieur but I told myself not to buy anything. Also I’d buy an Xbox One.
